translation corrupt after upgrade from 2.2 to 3.1

Hello everybody!
I tried to upgrade an S8300B with G350 from CM2.2 to CM3.1. After the install, I got a message from the server, that the translation is corrupt, check errors. The licence file is ok.
What can I do? Please help!

did you load the upgrade patch beofe doing the upgrade ?

If not, you need to get avaya to dial in and clear the corruption
 
You needed to load the Pre-installation patch 1204 "Before" performing the upgrade.

This patch MUST be installed prior to upgrading from 2.2 to 3.1.

As far as what you can do, well, perhaps boot from CD and re-master the hard drive, then, reload CM 2.2, then load a backed up set of translations. Most sites perform backups at 1am every day. Hopefully that is your case too.

Then, load the pre-installation patch outlined above, and then perform the CM 3.1 upgrade and then install the post patch 11410 also from the above link.

I might be missing something here, but that's what I would do.
