Have an Older Version Norstar that I'm trying to find manuals for. Software Rev was "30NTE04DR5". Is there a site where I can cross ref this in order to find right user/programming guides?

Thanks for the info. I was looking for something not unsimilar to how VIN numbers describe the Vehicles. Am I describing this OK?

I think this may be what you asking? Got to the FAQ section and scroll down to BASIC NORSTAR PROGRAMMING. In that section you will find NORSTAR KSU SP VERSIONS
(FAQ 799-2304). In this FAQ you'll find the key to unlocking that 30NTE04DR5 number and from that list you can figure out any system.

770-438-0707/877-405-7144 and ask for John. He has an extensive library of manuals and can get you a hard copy or CD of the Norstar system. He a good guy to work with as well!

i dont know how VIN numbers work ...but
30 - BNT
xx - actual s/w
yyy - work issue of the s/w(kinda like sub release)

Sorry for the delay....Thank you much for the cross references, That indeed is what I was looking for. I don't work on these too often and it sure is nice to know what it is you're working on. I consider that a luxury some times.
