Hi

I have an IP Office that is connected with a MS Lync via SIP Trunk. We can make internal calls via the SIP trunk, that works fine. My problem is that I want to route external calls made in LYNC out via the IP Office and out on my ISDN30.

If I dial 2003 on the Lync client the call is comming trough on the SIP Trunk and is routet to ext. 2003 on the IP Office and rings - works perfectly.

If I dial 022897881 on the Lync Client I can see that I get the call to +4522897881 on the SIP trunk. But how do I tell the IP Office to route all calls with +45 to the ISDN30. Is it possible ?

Thanks in advance

You need to change the normalization rules in Lync to prefix the correct line access code for your ISDN30.

That or just make sure your Short Codes on the IPO are set up correctly.

Create a short code +45N pointing at your Pri trunk.

I made a +45N shortcode pointing on the PRI Trunk, with no luck. I still get a "not found" respons from the IPO. I'm running on a 8.1 software. I will upgrade to rls 9.1 and try again
