Transformer error

Using PP Transformer 6.6 when I try to open file.pyi I receive the following message. TR3103 The User Class hierarcy saved in the model differs from the hierarchy in Access Manager. Do you wish to update the User Class Hierarcy ?

I click yes and the system hangs up.

I have NO knowledege of COGNOS and I inherited this mess !

All help appreciated !

Please check whether your Directory server is up and running. Use Access manager to login and see if you can view the all the User class information available.

If the above steps are success then open up your model and select No when prompted for update.
Do the below steps:
1. From the View menu select User Classes option
2. Right click and select properties on the root user classes.
3. Select update Access manager information.
4. Save the model.

Please post if you still have any problem.

Everything looks ok - when I open the model and answer NO to the update - the system locks up !

When you tried to open up the model file does it prompt you for any login?
Do you have OS Signon or Basic signon enabled in Access manager?
Do you have RootUser Class permission for your login id?
Do you have this problem only for this model or for all of them?

I receive no prompt. All permissions look ok to me.

I do receive this for ALL models.
