Hi all,

I have a new computer in the office, and I need to get all of the VPN connections added on to it from an existing one. Normally I wouldn't mind doing this manually, but in this case there are 40 or so different VPN connections. Is there a way to transfer those connections from one computer to the other, or am I out of luck and stuck doing it manually?

Oh, and everything is running XP Pro, latest updates.

thanks!

Jason

You need to distinguish connectoids:

. XP made connectoids cannot be copied successfully, as this would breach the security of the passwords so they are not included when copied.

. Third-party VPN clients may well allow copying the connectoids. Check the web site of the VPN author.

. This can help a great deal:

Yeah, these are the XP made ones.

Even if I could just copy them without the passwords, that would be great. That much less work for me to do.

You are very welcome.
