We are using the Cisco Call manager (ver. 4.2(3)) and cisco Unity (ver. 4.2) and I have transferred incoming calls to a differant extention but if the call is not answered the calls go back to the original extentions voicemail. I need the calls to go to the voicemail for the phone the call was transfered to. I have changed the settings on the original extention to go to the other extention and have selected No Voicemail under Directory Number Settings.
Is there something that I am missing or can this not be done?
