transferring to remote location using Trunk to Trunk

I have a G3siV6 and i am trying to transfer an incoming call to an outside number. I have the Trunk to trunk turned on in the system features page and also made sure that the COS is not restricting it......They have a speed dial button that is programmed for abbreviated dialing and I verified that the number that the incoming call is to be transferred to is on the list and that the button is programmed ok. they are able to push it and talk to the other side but are not able to connect us at all....they are able to transfer incoming call to other internal stations ok. Help!!!!!

'telnettech', possibly it in COR? I'm sort of an amateur at this so view my answers with a jaundiced eye, but you may want to read thread 690-1253412 about forwarding hunt groups.

Try creating a vector with a COR equal to the COr on one of your phones that can call outside. The COR defaults to "1" on the VDN page but can be changed there without changing the forwarding phone's programming.

LIST VECT (to see what vector number is available)
CHAN VECT <available vector table>
ADD VDN <any unassigned number>

Now that I have discovered vectors and how they work I'm going vectro crazy!

no i dont need it to go to a vector....i have this setup the same way at other locations and it is working fine......the cor for the ext and the trunk group are fine
