We have recently cut over to Call Pilot 2.02 on an option 61C, Succession 3.0. The problem we have is if we have the need to transfer a caller to another department's menu (in App builder) we dial that SDN and let the caller go (OK), but if we want to transfer the caller to another department's menu and select the option for the caller before completing the transfer, the system responds that "your call cannot be completed at this time, please try again later". I can't determine if this block is happening at the switch level or in Call Pilot. Any ideas?
sincerely, TonyRico

Check the RPL list into the Call Pilot.
Which restriction list is active now for this SDN ?

Thank you for your response. I checked and don't see the relationship between an RPL and an SDN(which is really an ACDN created in the switch).
Anyway I checked the on-switch RPL and that particular digit that corresponds to the menu pick I was trying to select is permitted.
Where can you see which RPL is associated with an SDN?
thanks tonyrico

the SDN has a corresponding Application Name. This Application Name can be opened using Application Builder, once on the App Builder, look for the Thru Dial block (right click then properties). On the bottom part of the opened window you can see there the RPL.
