Transferring PO's into History 2

We are currently using Great Plains 7.5 and we would like to know if there is any way to move a Purchase Order whose items have been fully received into history? They are currently still listed as open.

You can use Routines > Purchasing > Remove PO and select your range to remove.

Is this going to put them in history? We want to keep the history. I don't want to totally remove the PO.

Yes, you use Remove PO or Remove Completed Purchase Orders window to move closed or canceled purchase orders to history. If you aren't keeping purchase order history, the purchase orders will be removed from the system.

To check if your system is setup to maintain PO History go to Setup>Purchasing>POP. Look for Maintain History and it should be mark.
