Transferring data from NT to AD domain

Hi,

I'm looking to find out if anyone knows of a way to transfer specific data from an NT SAM to an AD domain without going through a full migration using ADMT or another similar tool. Specifically, for each NT account I want to transfer the data held in the "User comment field" to the corresponding account's User comment field in AD.

Both the NT and AD domain already exist, populated with all user accounts (no guarantee that the account names match up 100%).

Is LDAP turned on on the Windows NT 4 domain. If so do a LDAP query for that field then export that data from the NT domain and import in into AD.
