Trying to program a 6220 Analog phone to transfer calls on the IP Office. The quick reference guid does not have this info in there.

Couldn't find anything at that link.

I do not see an option that says Transfer under short codes.

Is it a flash hook function?
Anyone ever programmed a short code for an analog phone to transfer a call?

It is a flash hook function. I think it is flash then the ext you are transfering to and then flash again.

flash or the F button or the R button does the hold/transfer feature.

call active, press the flash function enter extension number hang up or Flash again to complete transfer.

Pressing Flash once puts a call on hold, pressing again takes it back

and Flash *57 clears the last connected call - useful when you transfer to an extn and get voicemail.

Take Care

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

Isn't that the same on all telephone systems?
Avaya1979, where do you come from?
