Transferred Call with Caller Id Info

Hello,
I have a Partner Acs rel 3.0. It is using a Large PCMIA Voice mail card. The Caller ID info is not passing thru when the AA transfers the call to the ext. Note: The Caller ID signal info from AT&T is good and it shows up on the phones. The Hunt delay (#506)is set for 2 rings. The call transfers from the AA but with no Caller ID info. Am I missing something?

This was an issue with pc mail and the partner acs. If you need the caller id, you can't send it to the attendant first or else it won't show up.
 
If I set the line ringing before the AA answer,you are saying it will not matter right? Will the Partner Mess Re7 transfer the caller id info from the AA? Thank you for your prompt reply
 
Yes. PC mail had an issue with this. PMessaging R7 works as long as you have the 2 rings built in before the attendant picks up.
