On a 3300 MXE V5.0 I want to transfer an analog ext on a no answer to another ext than have the 2nd ext's mailbox get the call if there is no answer on that ext. I have call rerouted 1st alternative going to the 2nd ext which receives the call but it will not go to the 2nd ext's mailbox it just rings.

The routing is all controlled from the 1st extension

You need to set a 2nd alternative

If you want the call to end up in the destination MB you need to break the integration as the mitel is designed to retain the original called station ID

Simplest method would be to number the analog station as *XXXX where the XXXX is the second stations number.

Gets more complicated if you don't like that.
