Transferred call not dropping

Customer accidentally transferred a fax call on line 3 to line 4 and now both lines are locked up.

Any ideas?

go in and change the card from Supervised to unsupervised and exit out of programming it will take the card down and back up once that is done change it back to supervised.

Could also pull jumpers and reconnect or reboot the system.

Just go to the Demarc and short the line
