Transfering to a Hunt group from a CCR Tree 2

I have a MICS with a flash talk 4 port attached. I set up the Flash talk CCR tree to auto answer and provide options for the user to select. On several options I transfer to a Hunt group using the hunt group extension for example 707. This rings the hunt group. I have it set up to ring all phones in the hunt group at the same time. I wanted the hunt group to then transfer to another hunt group or voicemail after a certain number of rings went unanswered. If I dial the hunt group extension from a hand set it works fine, but when the CCR transfers to the hunt group it will pull the caller back into the CCR tree after about 20 Sec, and repeat the main menu. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Thanks

Double check your Transfer Call Back timer, under sys programming / Feature settings, set it out to, like, 12 rings. And you have your overflow for each hunt group set to another hunt group, right?

The call is likely going back into the tree as a result of the Delay Ring transfer feature. This would not affect internal calls. This can be turned off system wide if the CCR tree answers all outside lines under System Programming>Feature Settings>DRT to prime:Y. Change to N.

It can be defeated on each line under the Lines programming section (Lines>Show line:?>Trunk/Line data>Prime set:221). Change prime set to None.

One of these should clear the problem. Good Luck.

I think MRoberts has the answer for you since you have stated that the calls were transfers to the hunt group from AA and not ringing the hunt group directly. My suggestion is to try to change the Transfer callback timer first, unfortunately you are stuck with a maximum of 12 on the transfer callback timer. then if you are still not having any luck you could look at the DRT to prime.
