I have an agent who represents car dealerships who contacts thier customers or vice versa and occasionally they need to conference in the actual dealer for some info for the customer. At this point they would like to leave the customer and conferenced in dealer on the phone and have there line free to contact another customer not wait until the cust and dealer are finished. this agent does have 5 lines on thier 3905 phone each representing a different dealer.
Is this possible or do I need to explain more???
