Does anyone know a way to add a digit within an autoattendent. A site currently uses e digit dial plan and are moving to a 4 digit. They still want callers to be able to dial 3 digits but still be transferred to the 4 digit extension. 310 = 3310. Does anyone know how to add a 3 in front if the caller only enters 310 in the menu.

doesn't work. I tried 3$KEY all sorts of way. Together, space between, comma between, # between. The call disconnects everytime

nevermind, it does work. Didn't before but I erased the auto attendent and rebuilt and it works now. Don't you just love IP Office.
