transfering files in asa from windows xp to windows 7 machine

Is there away to transfer my system data from my xp machine to a windows 7 pc . Iam using asa 6.0 sp 5 . I use to just move the persist file in xp.

Same thing. You'll just find the persist.dat in a different folder on the win7 machine.
