Transfering Data to other companies?

I just had a user call me telling me that the previous IT fella at their place transferred modules from one company to another at the end of each month and of course they want it done today and I have never done this. Can someone walk me through a bit here? The companies are already created 100% I just need to know how to do the transfer of the data I guess?

Okay guys I appear to of found a solution for this and wanted to add the solution to this thread for future people that search.

Go to file>run> SVDATA

From here you can follow the instructions brought up on transferring over files as necessary.
