Hi

We have created a VPN between two sites;

site 1 = has IP403 with VCM card

site 2 = Avaya Small Business unit

How do I configure the both devices so calls can be routed both ways e.g.

site 1 user (ext 400) wants to transfer a call to site 2 user(ext 255) over the VPN and vice versa.

I have been advised both devices have the capability to achieve this setup, but I do not know the steps to configure in IP

Small Community network.

But you are really dealing with quite old kit and getting licences might be hard to get now.

I understand we have all the licencses etc available. Just the config in IP manager needs to be added, which I have not done before. I'm familar with most other aspects of IP manager for managing the 403.

I sort of tried following these steps but did work out.
