Recently had a problem with a particular number getting stuck in a Paetec switch some where the person trying to make the call wanted me to bypass Paetec and get the call through. I have some copper Verizon lines on a trunk group that doesn't get much use how do I set up my phone so I can send a call out on that trunk. It has a TAC 701 but when I dial 701 I get the wave off and changing my COR and COS to match the attendant doesn't seem to help. If it isn't possible for me to do it can the attendant console do it? She(the attendant) has never transfered outside the PBX but she does have trunk selector buttons on her 302a console.

Thanks

If you change dial access to Y on the trunk group - then does it work?

Thanks,
CJH

Lets see...Nope it doesn't but thanks 98C.

Wait a minute I just changed my COR to match the Attendent again and now it does work cool thanks 98C.

BTW still having trouble getting the Attendent console to transfer out on the 701 trunk nothing seems to happen and I can here the digits that are pressed as she attempts to transfer me either by using what I think is the trunk selector button or dialing the TAC 701 then the number like I can do from my phone. She has never transfered outside before is there something I need to change on her console? It is an AT+T 302a.
