Transfer using analog cordless 2

Is there a way to transfer a call using a standard single line or 2-line cordless telephone connected to a definity system?
I know the 2500-YMGP feature analog sets have a transfer button but would like to use a cordless instead.
Any input would be very helpful!

does it have a flash button, if so use it

If the phone doesn't have a flash button you may be able to simply hit the hook-button and dial then hook again.
