transfer to voice mail

Yet another problem. When a covers to a secretary's phone she usually transfers the call to her boss' voicemail by pressing transfer v-mail transfer. All of the sudden it has quit working. Now when she tries to transfer a call to her attorney's voicemail she automatically is sent to the "Welcome to Audix" message. I killed her extension. Duplicated another user and used that as a template. Problem still happening. Checked the coverage path against other's and everything looks ok. This is driving me nuts. Any thoughts? Why am I all of the sudden having problems with my switch. 2 years problem free and now all of this stuff.
 
Can you explain a little more on when she transfers the call she gets the welcome to audix message. So she is not able to transfer the call to his voice mailbox but reaching the "welcome to Audix, please enter your extension..."??

When she transfers, the call she is transferring, is forwarded from her boss' extension?

example:
soemone call's john's office. John is not at his desk so the call rolls to his secy's extension.
The secretary then asks if he/she would like to be transferred to his voice mailbox. She then presses transfer v-mail she is immediately receving the welcome to audix message.

That is correct. The call she is forwarding is one that rolled to her extension from her boss' office.
 
I just wanted to make sure I understood what you meant. What we have set here is a feature code that will transfer the call to vm. Look at the feature access codes "transfer to Audix access code".

She will need to use the FAC for "Transfer to Voice Mail Access Code:" Do a "disp feat" and go to page 3..about halfway down.

It would be Transfer + FAC + Ext of John + Transfer

In the future everything will work...
 
Thanks NX01 & ElvisLives. I'll give it a shot. I am assuming one I use the FAC the next time a call rolls to her desk she will be able to press transfer abrv-dial 3_98 (attorney v-mail button) from here on out?
 
Are callers to audix complaining of other problems?
Do a gracefull shutdown of the audix and do List history in the pbx and see if any changes have been made on the feature access codes.
Are u using C lan to connect to the audix? Are u having LAN problems?
