Is there a way to transfer calls directly to someone's voicemail without the extension ringing on an IVS2? I thought it was Transfer > extension > 9 or something like that.

You are correct, it is transfer, extension, then 9 while hearing ring back tone or a busy. Make sure you have CMD 08>156>set to 0, and CMD 5118>tenant#(normally 01)> set to pilot number of voice mail. So 5118>01>300 or equivalent. HTH
