Transfer to UCD on HiPath 3800

I have a 3800 which is dropping calls to a UCD group from the reception phones. There are 3 UCD groups in use & no problems with the other two. All agents are logged on & most are idle when this occurs. Reception do a blind transfer to a number pointed at the UCD group & this has worked well for quite some time. I have had the provider check his PRI & they say no issue. Calls are only dropped when transferring from either reception phone to this UCD group 441 to#202. This has been happening quite often in the last week & only change to system has been a HG1500 card so that should not effect anything.
Any ideas guys?

Did all the parameters stay the same when you replaced the HF1500 card? Sounds like it could be a setting like supervision or something.
 
Thanks for replying donb01 but have checked settings & see no changes. It is dropping at the rate of 5% of calls so is definitely a fault of some type. Am a bit reluctant to remote onto kit as last time the switch rebooted for some reason. Seems to be a bit unstable so will cobble together a replacement just in case.
 
Update, Customer still losing calls but says calls hit UCD then ring 6 times before going to MOH source which is analogue extension. They hear the MOH & get recall back to MOH then say they are cut off. I know their are no limits on MOH channels but am wondering if at some stage the MOH is failing giving dead air. Customer on not hearing anything hangs up. Just a thought
 
Does the UCD group with the problems have the same overflow and timer settings as the other two groups that are not having problems?
