I have a 3800 which is dropping calls to a UCD group from the reception phones. There are 3 UCD groups in use & no problems with the other two. All agents are logged on & most are idle when this occurs. Reception do a blind transfer to a number pointed at the UCD group & this has worked well for quite some time. I have had the provider check his PRI & they say no issue. Calls are only dropped when transferring from either reception phone to this UCD group 441 to#202. This has been happening quite often in the last week & only change to system has been a HG1500 card so that should not effect anything.
Any ideas guys?
