transfer to receptionist

Is there a way to change the default announcenment " Your call will be transfered to the receptionist" when a caller dials 0 during the auto attendant. The person sitting at ext 10 answers most of the calls but does not want to be identified as the "receptionist".

You can change the dial 0 timeout action to specific extension/group/disconnect in the Auto Attendant Option "3" when you go in to change the greeting.

Yeah, but the announcement "Transferring call to the Receptionist" is built into the Voice Mail, and can't be changed. (well, unless you're a hardware hacker, and can find the voice file in whatever format it is in on the hard drive, and change it there)
