Transfer to Hunt Group and then straight to Voicemail

Hi all,

I'm looking to setup the following on an Ip office 500.


After a certain time in the day I would like calls to hit a hunt group on the Ip 500. The calls dont need to go through to an agents but just needs to be transferred to a voicemail system ( we have Voicemail Pro )

The customer will then listen to a pre-recorded message to prompting them to leave a short message.

Can someone please help on how I would go about setting this up. I've created the hunt group and am pretty comfortable doing this but unsure of the finer config. I also need help setting up the Voicemail Pro side because I rarely use that. I have a general understanding of IP Office works but unsure of the details so it going to be a case of just following instructions.

In the voicemail pro, go to the conditions (Yellow triangle with exclamation point) Set a Time Check condition that uses week(ly) planner. Adjust the times you the calls to go to Voicemail.

Create a Test condition and use the time planner you set as the condition. Send True to normal calls, send false (outside normal time) to a module that goes to VM.

Did that make sense? I can draw it out if it helps..

I should have clarified that you will do this on the module that points to the huntgroup. so if need be create a separate module for that hunt group in vmpro
