Transfer to call tree

we have call pilot 150 ver 3.0. Is it possible to transfer a caller to a greeting table or ccr tree? We have a did number ringing to a greeting table and then into a ccr tree.. However, we would like to transfer a live call to this ccr tree that provides directions to our facility.

I believe you can, just use the transfer feature 70 and then the voicemail extension (feature 985) and I think the tree has to be the first in order for it to work. I know when a user has no voicemail set up and you forward to the vmail extension it will goto the tree.

Feature 986, then the tree number and pound.

example: to transfer a caller to tree #1, press F986 1#
