Transfer to Attendant position with MOH in the call waiting

Hi:

I have a VMPro script that transfer calls to an attendant phone with 3 CA. The f*** client don't like to hear ringback in the calls that is waiting in the others CA (actually, of course, they are hearing ringback), but to hear music on hold, like an queue treatment.

Do you know how can I set the IPO or VMPro to play music on hold on and call waiting (not put manually on hold)?

Put the phone in a collective call waiting group, transfer to that group.
Make sure queuing is on and announcements but set it to play first announcement after 0 seconds then play MOH and untick 2nd announcement and repeat last announcement.
You can either leave the actual announcement play the default one or record your own or make it play a .wav file that's just a second of silence

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Always use a group for reception!

even if there is currently only one user, customers expand & requirements change & it is invariably easier to accommodate these changes with a group.
