Transfer Spreadsheet problem

With regards the above im trying to import an excel spreadsheet into an existing table but it says it cant find the file.

I have entered the following in the macro

Transfer Type : Import
Spreadsheet Type : Excel 8-10
Table name : Q33
FileName :J:\INFORMATION\Data_Team\Database\Grad ing Updates\TIC Listing.xls
Field Names :No

It says it cant find the file but it exists and im not in the file. when i do the import manually i cant also import it into an exisiting table.

Im using office 2003.

Any ideas how to get round this???

Are u sure the pathname is corrext? try copy pasting it in the explorer.

FileName :J:\INFORMATION\Data_Team\Database\Grad.xls
