THE CALL COMES IN AND IS ANSWERD BY THE 7324 OPERATOR IT ARRIVES ON TARGET LINE 156. THE OPERATOR TRANSFERS TO AN EXTENTION USING THE TRANSFER SOFT KEY ON THE 7324 AND THEN THEN ONE TOUCH EXTENTION BUTTON ON THE KLM TO EXT 250.IF THE CALLER GETS THE RECIPIENT VOICEMAIL MESSAGE THEY HIT ZERO TO RETURN TO THE OPERATOR VIA THE THE 7324 INTERCOM BUTTON AND ASKED TO BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER EXTENTION EXT 260. HOWEVER THE OTHER EXTENTION X260 IS CALL FORWARD BUSY TO VOICEMAIL AND THE CALLER IS GREETED WITH THE VOICEMAIL OF EXT 250. THIS HAPPEN ON NON CALL FORWARD CALL TOO AFTER 4 RINGS. ITS SEEMS LIKE THE TARGET LINE IS CONTROLLED BY THE VOICEMAIL SYSTEM SOMEHOW.
COULD THIS PROBLEM BE CAUSED BY THE RELEASE VERSION OF THE 7324 OR KLM MODULES BEING USED ON MICS 6.0XC. I AM DUE UPGRADE TO 6.1 AND THE T7316E + 5 KIM NEXT MONTH. BUT A FIX NOW IS WELCOME
HELP IS APPRECIATED

If you are takling about DID Target lines what you might check to see what the prime set of the line. On target lines it should go to the Mail Box of the Prime Set so if the prime set is 250 after 4 rings on any Ext. it will end up at 250 Mail Box.
