Transfer Original Caller ID on a transferred call from VM Pro

Hello

We have a 3rd party service that we transfer a majority of our incoming calls too from our VM pro prompt. If they want to make a payment they are transferred to an external number. Is there a way to transfer this call with the original caller ID of the party who is calling in?

What type of lines?

Create a special dial code, for example I choose 7
Short code 7N
Telephone Number: Nsii
Feature Dial 3K1
line Group Id:0

0 is the line group for my PRI

Some Provider will not accept this.

Indeed, you may need to ask your provider to allow this, possibly for a small monthly charge, some also require documents signing saying you won't abuse the service
