Transfer on Magix

Can i transfer a call outside the switch by just enabling trk to trk transfer on a paticular ext.?

You need to enable the specific extention(s) that will be doing the transfering for "trunk to trunk" transfer. Press menu, system program, start/exut, extentions, more, more, trunktrasfer, enter the extention numbers one at a time and press enter - press inspect to make sure all are entered correctly. Press Home/Exit to exit programming.

If you still have problems with this not working you might check the LS Disconnect setting (Reliable Disconnect). You didn't say if you had Legend or Magix but I believe the default setting is NO. If it is not set to YES you can't do the trunk to trunk transfer even if you have given the extensions permission. lg
