Hi All
Quick and simple problem (I hope...)
I have a client who needs to have an IVR welcome message and also to set a limit on the amount of calls I accept. Ideally I would like to return a busy signal when I've reached the hunt group limit or transfer the call to a 3rd party.
I know if my DDI goes straight into the hunt group that the hunt group limit option works fine and I've tried adding in the IVR but it's not working as I expected.
I'm routing the call into the hunt group using Assisted Transfer and then pointing the Busy node to another Assisted Transfer that is pointing off switch. This responds to the hunt group limit and routes the calls correctly but the call still shows on the IPO.
I need to transfer this call to the 3rd party and then free up the line that was being used - is this possible?
Thanks in advance for any help
Kev
