We have a requirement were the user (digital extension) calls operator (digital extension) and ask him to provide a line to him so that he can dial the desired mobile/landline number.
IP Office is Release 9.1 Server Edition
All phones are digital phones
All lines are analog and working fine with facility to dial mobile and landline numbers
Operator can press 9 and dial any mobile/landline number with out any problem, operator is under a group with permission to dial mobile and landline
Now when the user calls operator the operator press the transfer button then press 9 and press transfer but nothing happens.
Please advise.
