It's possible to transfer a inbound call that was answered by the AA after overflow to a outside line?
It's possible to program automatic business open/close times so if open the aa pick the call and if is close the system route the call to a outside line automatically?

yes to the first

on the second: there are better ways to route all incoming calls. The AA does not really do that. You should look into fowarding your lines at the CO, unless you have PRI- then you can forward them via the MICS.

How i dot the transfer of a inbound call that was answered by the AA after overflow to a outside line?

outbound transfer is a feature of the voice mail, or it can be done from the mailbox.
