Transfer Directly to Voicemail

I am trying to transfer a call directly to voicemail from an IP DECT handset.

I have the short code:

#xxxx
Voicemail Collect
#N

But calls are put through to the voicemail prompt "please enter your mailbox number". Voicemail Pro is in Intuity mode.

Is there another way to do this?

Try to change the #N into this "#"N

Code; #XXXX
Feature; Voicemail Collect
Telephone Number; "#"N
Line group; 0
