Transfer Directly to HG VM with a Button 1

Hello all,

My client is looking for a button that they can press to transfer a caller to a specific Hunt Group Voicemail.

This group does not ring, however has members, unchecked (For VM Access). The group is for Voicemails Only.

Best way to accomplish this? So far a "Dial" Action to the group kind of works, however if the person transferring the call does not hang up quick enough, the VM Greeting starts playing before the caller can hear the beginning.

Then enter the user or group number

Done

This automatically transfer the call to the mailbox.

Create a short code for Voicemail collect and use #(hunt group number) as the action data. Add a dial but that uses that short code. The # in front of the number will send it directly to VM.

Same idea

Program a Dial button with the Hunt group number eg 200

Press the big button on the phone with an envelope icon on it.
Press the programmed button with the Huntgroup number

Done

This automatically transfer the call to the mailbox.

This way you use up only 1 additional button

This method works well for a receptionist who has a lot of user buttons programmed on the phone
They can transfer directly to the user / group mailbox.
