We want to allow folks to be able to make a call to a customer off-premise, then conference in another off-premise call, then disconnect and keep the 2 parties talking. What's the easiest way to do this? Is it on the trunk group form (Disconnect Supervision needs to be yes, yes?

For instance, we call our customers to give directions, we then conference them in with the location they're looking for, then we want to drop off and keep the 2 parties connected. Also we want to be able to this when they call into us.

We are aware of some of the risks...

Thoughts and advice?

Thanks,
Chris

98Converter,

if you have isdn, check the trunk group settings for disconnect supervision, both directions should be set to yes, then check sys fe and set trunk to trunk transfer to all, then you should be able to transfer and conference inboud or outbound calls to outside destination.

Hi ,
the solution above will work but will leave you open to fraud.. trunk to trunk transfer is not advisable
