Transfer calls to Merlin 2

I have a Merlin Legend and a Partner ACS. Hooked the extension on the partner to the 800 GL-ID - Port 11. (config from WinSPM below):

TRUNK INFORMATION

When I call the Partner and the transfer call to the partner extension it does not ring on the Legend. I can hook a phone to the same port at the Legend end and it will ring. I can also call out from that extension as well. So the distance and the extenstion on the Partner seem to be working. Would I need to change the 811 LS-ID Delay to Yes ? I cannot see anything else that would prevent this from working. Perhaps someone has done this before and has a recommendation ?

Well, of course I started it, but this WINSPM thing needs to move to another thread. (Works on my Windows 7 and/or Windows 8)
