transfer calls in 6731i

In a system Mx One 4.1 sp4 hf1.
The 6731 i phone when they already have established a call and want to transfer, users must press the transfer key, then dial the number and press "dial", whereas before it was automatic and did not need to press "dial" .

Does this feature is enabled on the file aastra.cfg?
What I have to change so it is not necessary to press "dial"?

CPI in the documentation I have not found this to be modified.
