Currently the call route points to dest "VM:checkCondition" then during business hours rings the main hunt group and after hours it goes directly to night message. The customer would like to calls to hit "VM:checkConditions" then ring the main hunt group during the day and if not answered after 5 rings be sent back to VMPro to a day module I have setup. I setup an assisted transfer but they would like it to ring instead of beep/MOH. Is there a better way to handle this? Thanks

Enable VM on the group snd set the VM answer time to 20.
In VM within specific start points add the "leave" start point of that group and put a "goto" towards the day module.

create a Group and change the System MoH to individual MoH called maybe "ringback.wav" with the point "Hold Music Source". This Wavefile played only the ringback tone. Google is your friend.
In this Group put a virt. User with Call Forward all Calls active (call forward also group calls) to a SC. This SC directing to VM-Node. Last, in the ICR, route to the new group.
Rest, i think, you can leave as you have.

Obviously it is of eminent relevance, that I this, what you celeprate, not optimally effective assume, since the integrate of you in the communicative system as code related terms with me no explosive associations in mental-empirical reproduction process of the mind.

What??? intrigrant posted the ccrrect answer, use the VM:checkCondition to send the call to the hunt group. The caller hears ringback automatically. 5 rings, the group covers to voicemail. Leave action for the group steers to the Automated Attendant.

Please let me never inherit a system that has previously been configured by this guy

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
