I have a client that has IPO 9.1.12 with VMPro and One-X. They have a high call volume during a 1 hr period. They would like to be able to transfer a call without answering using One-X or the phone. This would be for their DID. I am working to train them to not do it this way. I thought I would throw this out there to see if there is a way and to stop beating my head against my desk.
