Transfer call to an external endpoint

Hi,

i want to find out where i can administer that an external incoming call to a Station could be transfered to an external endpoint.

i want to deactivate this Feature

is it a COR or COS Option or maybe in sys fea ?

You should disable the call forward to this station - You can do it in "change station x" command in the 3rd page : "External Calls To

 

[AvayaTier3]

routing calls off-net is usually done with forwarding or coverage.
you will have to be more specific about how calls route off-net for this station before you can change this.
