Transfer Active (Outbound) call to Information Mailbox 1

Firstly - Love the forum - has endlessly helped me learn to play with my newly acquired BCM50.

I have an AA set up and can access the information mailbox by dialling its number at the prompt; however what I need to achieve is a pre-recorded message that I can transfer an active call to, which also terminates the call once complete.
Basically we have a lot of consultants making outbound calls, and a lot of calls we make to our clients are not always answered, and we want to be able to leave a generic message for them to get back to us. I figured an information mailbox was best suited, but was not sure if you could assign a number to it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
 
I was just using the transfer call button rather than feature button! Works perfectly! Thank you so much!

I presume there is no way I could assign a button to do the task is there?
