On Voicemail Pro 4.2(24), we've got a module for our main local number. The user is presented with a number of options in a Menu action -- 1 for customer care, 2 for sales, 0 for the operator, or stay on the line and your call will be transferred to the operator. The Timeout path is linked to a Transfer action that transfers the call to the Operators hunt group. The timeout is set for 3 seconds. I was expecting that after 3 seconds if no choice is made the call would transfer to the Operators hunt group, but rather the auto-attendant greeting is just repeated.
Can the Timeout be used to link to a Transfer action?
