I am running a CM 3 system (soon to be upgraded to cm 6 I think)
I have just received a request that is stumping me bad. We are working with a 3rd party that provides services that we do not. So if a client has this type of problem, we transfer the call to the third party. Now, the 3rd party is asking us if we can pass the Original caller's ANI to them, and not our ANI. All incoming and outgoing calls are through PRI's. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
