transfer a big file across internet 1

is it possible to transfer a big file (~ 400 MB ) with a less amount of time across the internet ?

what is the way ? probabily no e-mail system wont support this much big attachment . and if so it will take large amount of time to upload also . is there any way/alternative ?

Hi & Ta again for the suggestions.

I haven't talked to optusnet, & as I can receive them ok
using a generic email address i don't think it would be
a problem. But I'll email them as a low priority assistance etc.

The anti-virus is certainly a possibility.
If I get a chance, I'll get out to check later.
