Transaction Services Simphony FE, New orders do not print in the kitchen.

Hey everyone. I'm running into a remote printing issue that I can't see to figure out. When I place an order via a POS terminal orders are sent to the kitchen as intended but when an order is submitted via Transaction Services, using the same revenue center, nothing prints to the kitchen. I have try the following changes. Is there any other places in Simphony FE that could cause items not to print in the kitchen?

Order devices on the Transaction Services Workstation
Order Type on the Transaction Services Workstation
Routing by Order Type on RVC Parameters.
Tender Media > Output
 
Is the tender media you are using for the API the same as the tender used for orders placed from the terminals?

It is using a different Tender media. I did try using the same tender media id but get the same result. I included a snippet of error details from the transaction services logs below but they are not super telling. Whats weird is I have 1 environment that is working but the other 2 are not. I've compared setting until I'm blue in the face. [3eyes]

Not sure of the cause of this.

Does the API device have the same network access as a normal workstation?
Maybe its failing to submit the job to the required device because it cant access it.

This turned out to be a networking issue. The machine running Transaction Services could not communicate with the devices running the printers. So maybe that will be helpful for someone in the future.
